FlowSence is an assistive pour-over coffee machine designed to help users build brewing skills. It keeps the human hand at the center while providing precise, real-time feedback. The machine measures weight, temperature, and flow rhythm to visualize the brewing process. A minimal display and LED guidance help users maintain a stable and consistent pour. Users select key variables such as coffee origin, roast level, grind size, and dose before brewing. FlowSence gently guides pouring behavior without replacing the act of brewing itself.
